- damage: the damage that will be applied
Info
When the player with the specified id damages/hurts the hostage with ID hostageid.
damage is the actual damage which will be subtracted from the health of the hostage.
You can return 1 to prevent the damage and to also prevent all related actions (fine for hurting hostages).
Alternatively you can return 2 to do the damage but to skip the fine.

Note: If the hostage health drops below 1, hostagekill will be triggered right after hostagedamage!
Return Values
- 0: proceed normally (hurt hostage with fine)
- 1: skip entirely (don't hurt and no fine)
- 2: hurt without fine
